We're very pleased to have achieved this result for a valued client who upon finding this site immediately realised its full potential and then tasked CapStack to secure optimal financing to complete the acquisition.

Given the leases in place we were able to utilise a 'lease-doc' solution whereby the lender assessed the loan serviceability on a standalone basis - the income from the commercial leases only. This significantly reduced the documentation required, creating a simpler and faster process, and up to 70% LVR - all on a sub-3% interest rate!
